As Director of Development of One World Sight Project, Derek was personally responsible for creating and promoting the organization's Web site, which is the world's largest and most informative Web site in regards to modern blindness prevention and treatment.

Derek has owned and operated a successful printing and graphic design company, a national music booking agency and an international independent record company. His work has included radio and retail promotion; producing album artwork, merchandise design and distribution, Web site creation, and Internet promotion. In early 1995 he was instrumental in the creation of one of the largest and most detailed online stores for selling music merchandise. Derek also has a vast experience in publishing and copyrighting. For the past 2 years he has concentrated on "Learning anything and everything possible" in an attempt to master the ever-changing art of Internet Promotion". 

Donnie Lee
As Chief Technical Officer and Webmaster for MediaPower Inc., Donnie has spent more than ten years working with, using, and implementing online technologies. Donnie is highly regarded as one of the most technically knowledgeable individuals in his field. His credits include development and Internet consultation for such clients as nationally known rock bands to international carpet manufacturers. He has also received accolades from Microsoft and others for his "take what's useful and throw out the rest" style of Web site development. Donnie is a self-professed "troubleshooting junkie" who thrives on developing innovative ways to "teach the oldest dogs the newest tricks".
