Novato, CA - July 31, 2002 -- International Art Glass announced
today that Mayor Brown will make an appearance during the first
day of the upcoming show to offer the Citys support for this
exciting event. Hotel Nikko San Francisco will be the place to see
an incredible collection of fine art glass created by world-famous
artists. The show will be held on Saturday, November 2nd, and
Sunday, November 3rd. There will be hand-blown vases,
paperweights, crystal encasement pieces, lamps, perfume bottles,
sculptures, and other outstanding works of art. There will also be
an opportunity to meet many of the talented artists that carry on
glassblowing techniques dating back several thousand years.

from the Golden Gate and Bay View Rooms where the show will be
held, will provide an elegant background for the event. When you
see the spectacular exhibit of art glass, you will understand why
this particular art form brings so much enjoyment to so many
people. Whether you are just starting out in art glass, or are
