RECRUITMAX APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM PLAYS KEY ROLE IN MSI INTERNATIONAL'S COLOSSAL RECRUITING PROJECT

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL - October 11, 2001 - Tasked with placing close to 100 candidates in a record 28 days, MSI International turned to the power of Recruitmax Applicant Tracking System to assist in achieving this awesome feat. 

MSI Sales Division pulled together hiring teams to accomplish what may just be a record in recruiting history. "We knew we could accomplish this recruiting project by using the integrity of our database and the power of Recruitmax software," said Larry Cooper, General Manager of Recruiting for MSI Sales Division.

According to Cooper, anypositions in sales costs the pharmaceutical client hundreds of thousands of dollars, which made this project time sensitive and of utmost importance. Armed with three to four hiring teams, a strict timeline and the power of Recruitmax, MSI Sales Division worked 100-hour weeks interviewing more than 300 prospective candidates from Atlanta to California.

MSI Sales Division was able to give their pharmaceutical client three candidates for eachposition. By August 8, 2001, just 28 days after starting the project, MSI's pharmaceutical client had their 100 sales representative positions filled.
