William L. MacDonald Named To Additional Positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of Retirement Capital Group

Organization Is Set To Expand Its Services and Solutions For Small and Middle Market Companies

San Diego, CA – April 11, 2003 - Retirement Capital Group, a leading provider of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans to members of professional and trade associations, today announced that William L. MacDonald has become the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. MacDonald, the largest stockholder in Retirement Capital Group, added these titles to his responsibility as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
